Every once in a while, it appears that applications engineers are allowed to have some fun.  If you are at all technical, you may want to cast your eye over this application note:

It contains all of the foolishness we have come to expect from greybeard experts.  Puns, gripes about how modern test equipment doesn't hold a candle to the old stuff, and a briliant idea for building your own non-contact oscilloscope triggers that I'd never seen before.
